Cast iron pot with high thermal conductivity and constant all-round heat. This gently cooks stews, soups, vegetables, meat or bread to perfection. The lid is slightly concave so that condensation inside can drain towards the edge and nothing drips into the dish when the lid is lifted. A steam vent on the lid prevents annoying rattling or boiling over. Particularly practical: the lid can also be used as a pan or serving plate and, thanks to its feet on the top, stands slightly raised and is completely safe. Suitable for barbecues, gas cookers, ovens or open fires.
